My story

As a human being first and a licensed clinical therapist second, I bring a heart-centered approach rooted in lived experience and professional expertise. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, parts work, and somatic strategies, I guide individuals in transforming subconscious patterns into powerful inner allies aligned with their highest potential. I’ve witnessed profound breakthroughs and lasting healing through these practices.

My journey began over 30 years ago when, at just 17, I was hospitalized with severe mental health challenges. I faced dissociative episodes, panic attacks, nightmares, and deep emotional disconnection. Psychotherapy helped, but for years, every new life stressor could unravel the progress I had made. True transformation came when I expanded beyond conventional therapy and stepped into the world of psychedelic healing.

A friend referred me to an Ayahuasca ceremony. Though I was terrified, I was also desperate—and that moment changed everything. The shift I experienced was nothing short of miraculous. I remained with this midwest Ayahuasca group for over a decade, first as a seeker, then as a trained facilitator rooted in Andean traditions. Over the years, I participated in more than 400 ceremonies, each one deepening my understanding of healing and human potential.

My path continued to evolve as I incorporated psilocybin and cannabis into personal and facilitation work, especially around trauma and grief. Most recently, I’ve integrated the use of ketamine in both personal and therapeutic settings over the last three years.

What I offer is a unique bridge between worlds—a synthesis of ancient indigenous wisdom and cutting-edge clinical science. Whether you are new to psychedelic work or seeking deeper integration, I’m here to support your healing journey with grounded compassion, lived knowledge, and tools that truly transform.
